Default Cams cap and head scoring

I have some light light scoring on the intake cam side. I can barely grab a finger nail on it. Do I throw away the head or is there someway to fix it. I know I can get it bored but what happens if its not without specs. What are my options in case of the worst case scenario?

Honestly I would t worry about it... If its not a deep scor I'm sure it won't cause any harm.

If it were me I wouldn't sweat it.
