ok guys let me get this straight, for us with obd2. parts that i would need is usdm 96-97 TT ecu, TT maf, TT MAP sensor, 550cc injectors and keep my stock distributor for now till i switch to coilpacks? will the wiring be the same with the obd1?

The wiring is pretty close to obd1 and u will need to switch to coils and get a resistor pack if you are using the stock 550 injectors

You can't use the Tt injectors since its side feed. You gotta get top feed Injectors. If you get low impedance then you need resistor box. If you get high impedance you don't need one.

yeah you pretty much want top feed high impedance, these will drop into the GE fuel rail.
If you want to deal with wiring resistor packs you can get low impedance but Its nice to just drop them in.

I am using a JDM aristo ecu right now so I am on aftermarket 440cc high impedance, and I see a solid 10.0 on my AFR gauge which is the richest it can read at 14 psi, I have my boost controller set right under boost cut.

Ya I say those drop in injectors, I'm thinking of doing a 1jz head swap just to clean it up a bit and use the ge harness and ft ecu, any body know if the ge fuel rail would work with the 1jz intake I'm just tossing around different ideas for a set up

none of the 2jz rails will fit on the 1jz the spacing is different, and the 1jzgte and 2jzgte are side feed and the 2jzge is top feed.

what you can do though which is what everyone with a 1jz does, is get mk4 550cc injectors and put them into the 1jz fuel rail, they are a direct fit since both are side feed. dont forget the mk4 injectors require a resistor pack.

not sure if anyone with the tt ecu mod is above 500 here yet, but how much power you can make on it is the same as a supra if you have the supporting mods.
USDM supra's get pretty close with the stock 550's. Many of them throw on a VPC with a 660 or 770 chip and then they can get into the 600+ range. It can also be done on the JDM ecu with larger injectors and a controller.

Too bad I sold my 750cc injectors or I would have cranked it up for a test.

I was told that Clublexus jefftsai on the 2gs forum is pushing 7-800 on Ge Ecu with a emanage. I was wondering with the Tt Ecu if I threw some 1000cc injector with a piggyback if I can run e85 all the time?

Yeah it is doable if you have enough pump power and flow. I couldn't tell you the exact injector size that would match the stock tune for E-85 (not without some experimentation at least), but if you have a fuel controller you should be able to dial it in, and you will want to disconnect the o2 sensor and use a wideband to tune cause E85 runs at different afr levels. You may be able to also add in some more advance at the distributor if you strictly run E85 all the time.

Don't believe everything you read /hear some of it is BS.

How do you make 800whp on 67mm turbo on a piggy back with 1000cc injectors on automagic trans +e85.
I don't care if John Reed tuned his car, not possible .
I see alot of bs dyno numbers lately on this forum and stuff don't add up and doesn't make any sense .

I agree with Quick 700HP on an auto with 1000cc is about 15% over 100% duty cycle on the injectors. E-85 not possible.

By the way I date a French model I found on the internet.

Hahaha nice, anyway I have seen some top fed fuel rails for a 1jz that might be a good thing to pick up and not have to deal with the resistor box I'm looking for a fun clean turbo swap not looking to go crazy numbers so if you can get to close to 500 on the stock tt ecu and 550s I'm sold
