Exclamation Fuel pump; car wont turn over

Hello there,

Seems kinda annoying that my first post would be asking for help on maintenance, but im stumped.

I bought this car around 5 months ago... It always idled a little rough under 1k rpm more along the lines of 500 and would sometimes even die when i came to a stop.

About 2 weeks ago after doing an Oil change I turned my car on, it started to sputter like it always does around low RPMs and then it died .

I replaced the fuel pump and filter and it started right up and even idled amazing never would die down and was great.

After that the next day i noticed it would start up a little rough shake for like 2 seconds but then idle great...

Same with every other day after that... Recently i left my car outside without starting it up because i went to vegas on a business trip. When i returned today it would not turn over same as before..

Anyone have any idea what else it could be???

any help would be appreciated.. Maybe that Bypass fuel pump ecu thing ive heard about?

SPECS:
92' 5 SPEED STOCK NO MODS 198K MILES

Thanks!

Before you do anything else please do the fuel pump ecu mod. I had all sorts of fuel related problems. Hot start failure, poor idle, etc. I changed TPS, cleaned the IAC valve, tested Air Flow meter. Nothing helped. Finally did the Fuel ECU mod and voila!! all my problems went away. No starting problems, no idle problems, better acceleration, just a better car experience.
