ok now i got my car running good ( thanks to everyone for the help) but i wanna switch out my jdm cam but which one ???
stock usdm?

whats the diff in the number show on these cams i have see them on ebay also there is stage 1 2 3 4 all got diff number and stuff some even ask to replace the spring

Yea I would replace the spring at anything over 264 and maybe even with those.

because 272's are not a nice street friendly everyday type of cam profile , because they will shift your powerband to right of the spectrum and did i say loppy and miserable ..

264's or at the most titan stage 1 cams in a 269 duration is all 95% of us would ever need for true street duty

Are the Titan cams good for the GE motors? Vs the regrinds?

Titan cams are actually Kelford cams FYI.

I've got a set of the 280 TTC/Web cams and personally I think they are the best for the GE motors.
