Default Quick crank pulley question

http://http://www.ssaccessories.com/...-Pulley/Detail

Will this work as a replacement? I know it says under drive, is it only lighter, or smaller in diameter as well

it will work ........... on shaking your motor apart .. no dampening as prescribed from factory to the crank is asking for a quick motor failure sir

What would you suggest? I thought the balancer the pulley attached to kept that from happening

Either the stock OEM or a fluidamper, ATI would be my suggestion.

Can someone explain why this pulley is so bad? From looking at the pulley it appears to be 2 parts...the pulley like I posted and the balancer which the pulley would attach to...does the balancer not do its job? From looking at the design the larger piece the pulley attaches to should balance the motor.

links don't work..

but if it's like any other solid underdrive pulley, it will destroy your motor so just save yourself some time and money and look for better mods

I already ordered an oem style replacement, but I'm curious as to the design of the stock crank pulley be the lighter pulleys advertised as under drive due to the weight difference
