Marlin Crawler shifter socket/bushing q's
Since I have an r154 with a tripod, is it true that the mc shifter socket and bushing won't fit my r154?

They do not go to a cradled 154 transmission.
But a benefit to those trans is you can buy the solid aluminum bushings from the V160 to take the play out of the cradle
