You can pick up a spare set of stock cams for cheap and send those in to minimize the downtime like I did.

I don't know anyone named Omar?

I get my head back tomorrow. Yeah the head shop had to add .040 lash pads which Schneider never made me aware of which cost me a week worth of time since the headshop then had to order them (from their own distributor) to be delivered. Pick up the head tomorrow and will post pics. Lash pads ended up costing about $75

It depends which grinds you got. The grind that I got took about .040" off the base circle, hence the .040 lash pads . I would recommend calling up Schneider right now to ask them how much they took off yours, so you can get the appropriate size lash pads on order.

Yeah the $75 cost was a little bit of a surprise. But still if you consider the cams cost me, I'll just round up and say $300. Plus the $75 lash pad cost. I'm still at $375 total. Not too bad really.

I just called Kevin there at Schneider Cams. He said they are actually regrinds there is no hard welding or adding material involved which why the lash caps are needed because of the material removed. The lash caps needed are about $75. Cams are $280-299.

He mentioned that they offer a staggered option which is 268 intake, 272 exhaust.
