Default Help!!!! Car won't start! Not your average problem

So on my 95 sc300, 1jz, mapecu 1, r154:

Summary:
voltage before ignition key hole no longer has 12v, its currently at .011
Steering wheels tilts up and down as soon as the key enters/exits the ignition
gauge lights don't come on
head lights don't come on
car wont turn over

Lately I've been having issues with the car not starting. And when I say not starting, I mean that when it wont even crank over, when I turn the key like I'm trying to start it, there is nothing there. This issue only happened every once in awhile. Sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't. Its a hit or miss deal.

So today me and a buddy installed a push button to start the car. Worked great, then we re-connected the pink wire on my 1jz ecu (speed signal wire, I cut it last night). We reconnected the wire because the car wouldn't idle after I cut it (idled low and would die at stop lights). Soldered the wire, then the key was in the "acc" position, I plugged in the ecu plug where the pink wire is located. And now I have this issue:

None of the instrument cluster lights come on, but the interior dome light is on.
- "door" indicator light on the cluster is on.
-Car is having the same problem again where it wont start.
-Head lights don't come on.
