Default Which al radiator best bang for the buck if you have 2jzgte swap?

I put an aftermarket tranny cooler on so now maybe it is time to upgrade my radiator. Does anyone make after market mounts that will work? Which aftermarket radiator overall fit and performs best bang for the buck?

Thanks - Sid

I use a megan racing one for the supra I cant remember if you need spacers, you might but its easy to cut up some random bushing to make it work. I think its one of the cheaper ones and its 3 row.

Sid - I used the CXracing radiator on my red dragon . Pricewise, at less than $150 shipped, I can't complain and does its job well. I used the mkiv top brackets to hold it in place.

Whatever you do, do not get a Fluidyne.

They used to make good radiators about a decade ago from the sounds of it, but now they produce complete garbage that is overpriced. I went through three of them. They all leaked either right after the install or after several miles of use. They will give you a hard time about returning it or getting your money back too if you call them directly.

Also, Mishimotos seem to have alot of issues as well in the leaking department.

Right now.... if you were to get any Aluminum radiator, it should be the Koyo. Pretty much everybody I talked to is happy with their Koyo. Don't try to save a few dollars and get a pos because you're gonna hate the cheaper product.

I have a koyo in my supra. The entire busing thing scares me the most. If there was a way to make it a simple drop in I would jump on it.

I got a Koyo for my swap...pretty straight forward. Did have to buy a new radiator plug but Lowes had them for 5 bucks.

what about the lower mounts? did you just reuse your stocks and added the supra mounts to the top?
