Question Whistle/ screeching sound from throttle body

I recently replaced plugs are wires on my 93 Sc300, but i reused the old throttle body gasket when i put everything back together. Now when i start the car there is a whistling/ screeching sound that constantly stays through out the revs, Is it because i reused the old gasket on the throttle body or did i mess up the throttle plate inside by pushing the throttle body cable too far to put it back. ( i could not get the screws out of the throttle cable because the head on the screws are messed up, i cant get a philps screw driver in there to twist it) I have torqued everything down, still no difference. Help anyone?

Update: Sprayed carb cleaner and let it sit for 2 minutes, it became quiet but as soon as i revved the engine, it came back and now the car idles at 1100 RPM when fully warmed up
From what i understand is the carb cleaner stayed in the TB but as soon as i opened the plate and sound came back, i'm assuming its the gasket but i just want to make sure that im not missing out on checking anything, any advices?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry moderator for posting it up in the wrong section before, did it by accident. Thanks for correcting me
