Default dyno reading automatics

hey guys, so last night i was needing to be sure my na-t project is running correctly a/f ratio wise. and on the dyno they had me in 2nd gear (i didnt mind cause i really wasnt there to see numbers)
And obviously thats not a proper reading due to it not being a 1:1 ratio.

My question is how are all you swap and na-t guys getting dyno readings on your automatics????

It only read like 230 in 2nd gear but on the way home i kept right with a 2010ish bmw z4 with 250ish hp and 6-800 lbs less than my car and way better aerodynamics so im fairly sure my car is pushing more than 230hp.

I think you are suppose to dyno the car in 3rd gear.
