Default Need help fast!! Car is having trouble building boost?

Car is a 1995 Sc300, 1JZ swapped, single turbo, GT30 with GT40 internals..

Drove the car 2 weeks ago for about a total of 3 hours in one stretch.. Then I parked it as I was waiting to legalize it and was putting a few parts on. Only mechanical thing I installed really was a wideband...

Anyway, got it all set to jet and legal.. Go to drive it down the road and it's kind of sluggish.. It won't build boost.. It'll get to 0psi and be super super slow to build boost, if it does at all.... When I drove it before, it ran perfectly fine. It has sat for the 2 weeks.

What could it be? I pulled the first 2 plugs that are easiest to get to and they seemed normal minus a bit of oil around them? Could of been my fault though as I spilled oil all over the place trying to put oil in the car

Really need to get this going as soon as possible. Any info you need, let me know.

AFR numbers seem normal, it idles a little lien, but running under normal conditions it has normal AFR numbers...

Any and all help is appreciated,

Shane

first step: check for boost leaks, might have popped a coupler or one could be leaking a bit. Turbo would be next thing i would check, make sure nothing is broken.

Thanks, I'll look it over..

I was thinking plugs, vacuum lines or a boost leak...

Visually, the turbo looks fine.. But I didn't mess with it or anything. I haven't even touched it yet, frustrated..

Whats the word, any obvious vacuum leaks or couplings? Something might have worked its way loose. Keep us posted.

Alright, here we go..

First thing I did was check the turbo. Smooth as glass and not a spec of shaft play.

Next, I looked at all the intercooler piping.. Everything was fit and tight.

I then checked all the vacuum lines.. No kinks and they were all on..

So then I grabbed the trusty boost leak tester and hooked it up. Air was rushing right through the system as soon as it was put into it.. My wastegate is stuck open, isn't it?

How do I go about getting it back to normal and is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening again?
