Wastegate options on 2jzge turbo manifold?!-ma2jzgesc300-f.jpg

So i have this manifold but i need a wastegate for it and all the 40mm or 50mm i can find are knock off parts and from what i read about wastegates the cheap ones leak or fail and can cause engine damage.

what are some wastegates that will mount to this flange that are of high quality and durable/reliable?

I have the 4bolts style one just like yours but i am using a tial 44mm WG and it comes with 2 v bands flanges one to weld on the manifold and the other to weld on the dump tube , so just get the tial and have a shop cut the 4 bolts flange off and weld the v band that comes with the tial wg. look at the pics of mine

I was just about to post up asking if anyone had ever purchased this manifold and if they have had problems with it. Is there any fitment issues running this manifold with a BG S366 on a NA-T motor with stock IM?

I was going to do what Omar did and cut, and add the Tial 44.

^^^ Good question i don't think the stock IM will fit over the S366.The exhaust housing on BW turbo are huge .

As you can see i had to cut the first runner and made my own runner, look on 2nd pics of post #2 you see that the 1st runner is missing

BW will not clear the dizzy lol, no way that's why i deleted the distributor cap and rotor to make room for the turbo. I am removing the whole dizzy this time , i am gonna trying something new for cam sensor!

Dont worry, when Omar builds stuff, he goes all out. I am just wondering if the turbo this time is coming off a fire truck??? Lol

Good luck with your build man. I love my Tial wg, size 44.
