Default Unusually High Idle After Driving

Ok so my title may be a little off, but this is what's going on. Its a 300 N/A with an aftermarket intake and full exhaust if that matters. But I start the car and it idles fine until I give it gas then it sits around 1200-1400rpm after that no matter if its a quick rev or after driving. And yes its already warmed up to operating temp. It just started happening like 2 weeks ago. I looked around on here a little and I'm not sure if someone posted this same issue already, but if they have my apologies for a repeat post. Any help obtained is very appreciated. Thanx guys!

When my idle was high, I would have the car running, then disconnect a moderately sized vacuum hose. (Throttle body vacuum hose) The idle would mess up and go to lower RPM's. Once it sounds lower I connected it back and it stayed at the same lower RPM's. Redneck, I know but it works.

Thanx you guys I was looking at it at work today and found that the IAC was sticking. I tapped on it a few times with a screw driver and its back to normal now lol
