Default Chaser Auto tranny in SC300?

Hey, I was wondering if it is possible to use a chaser 1jzgte a30-41le (a341e) transmission in an auto 97 sc300. Ive been trying to research but have come up with nothing. From what I understand there may be a problem with it being electronically controlled, and having 4 solenoids. I did find a post that said

"You do know you can use a JZX90 Chaser auto, right?
It is an A340 with the Line Pressure cable, and also has the extra clutch pack that will also hold 450-500hp with a nice trans cooler.
There are only three solenoids One for 3rd Gear change. One for O/D. And One for the Lockup conveter."

What would I need to make it work?
Does anyone have any insight on this? Any help would be appreciated.

According to what ive learned the all the GTE (1j and 2j) trans have electronically controlled shifting, which would require a TT ecu to control.

N/a trans shifting is controlled by line pressure iirc.

so no, it wont work without proper ecu swap to control it, or possibly a trans stand alone

Chaser trans is same as soarer trans, both have line pressure controlled by throttle, mk4 tt and aristo are electronically controlled. Should work fine. Make sure you get the converter with it.
