Default what's wrong with this picture/video

so ive been all over the place trying to get this damn car situated. finally got it running and the engine in. so took a test drive in this vid. heres was the status during shooting

-not sure if o2 sensor was hooked up. i spliced it to make it longer so maybe i effed up on that

-no downpipe off the turbo/no exhaust

-no hood

-stock fuel pump

-hc1/hx35 with a super laggy 18cfm hotside

feels like it's slow as shat. i didn't get into 5th gear. but there was just no "oh ****" pull

^ I'm with him. I don't think ya ever really got above 3k rpm. Maybe that last pull at 4:45 ya got close. On most singles in general (not familiar with yours in particular) you probably will not see boost until above that point anyway. Bounce it off the limiter in 2nd gear one time and see if it spools. It's pretty dramatic if you have no boost leaks.

okay. i mean i was pushing the pedal almost all the way down, and the throttle plate can open but so far. but i was giving it gas. and just felt slow.

i have a hx30 on my rb20 and boost feels instant. nothing like this car so far.

Im with them, it sure didnt sound like you were going past 50% throttle...only one time where it sounded like the turbo was actually spooling and that was at about 4:30-4:45 in the vid...do another run and let it hit limiter at full throttle a few times, then shift, then we will know what the heck is going on...just a suggestion.
