IS300 /GS300/GS400 fans gets my Vote!
I used them on my old setup and they are the best E fans ever , I set mine to turn one at certain * in the ems and if you stand behind the car at the rear bumper you will feel the air that's being pulled.
And they are very reliable, i have them on GS300 right now and my car has 254k miles on it , still running strong like the first day i bought the car.

My car came with 2 calsonic fans. I believe they're from altima, not sure what model. They were attached to the radialtor fins by those plastic tab thing. The old owner had fan one pulling and one pushing but the car would take a while to warm up specially on cold mornings. I wanted to go back to clutch fan, but working with I already have seems to be cheaper route since would need fan, clutch and shroud. So I went a head and bought an adjustable switch fan from autozone for $20.

Then I made this shroud out of alumInum angle bar and Metal sheet from home depot.
Finish product:
Now I have one constantly pulling and one set to go on at around 180-200F (pull as well). My car is making 430hp 415 torque and I have no tempearture issue anymore with these junkyard, home depot and autozone products...... Atleast for the past couple of months, knock on wood. Lol Again I would go stock clutch fan with shroud if I didnt have the efane already.

As Wicked and a few others said, check out the Spal electric fans is you want to stay electric. They are the best out there. All the high end sports car manufacturers such as Ferrari use them as OEM. I had lots of trouble overheating with my T V8 setup until I got the Spal's. I use 2 14" pullers attached to a quarter inch custom made aluminum shroud, and I have not overheated since. Make sure your side and underplating panels are in place. They direct air up into the radiator chamber and direct air through and out of the engine compartment to ensure proper cooling when moving. Plus the 14" fans are plenty big when sitting still and idling in hot traffic.
