i thought this was gonna be an expensive project but its not that bad.
first i started by measuring the amount of hose i would need to go from one side of the rail to the other. i went to hosemart in san bernardino to get the hose and the ends put on it. i went with high quality rubber instead of braided but that part is up to you. o yea lol make sure there are two male and two female ends on each hose.

i went with 1/4npt tap so i used a 7/16 drill bit. if you dont have the tap set. harbor freight has one for 15 bucks.

http://www.harborfreight.com/6-piece...set-91395.html

i drilled out both existing holes and retapped them plus the new hole on the end.

then i went to home depot and got 3 1/4npt female to male 90degree angles
one 1/4 T
and because i didnt' get the femaled ends on my hose i had to use a special fitting to make it all work but all in all i am pretty happy with it

I have the single setup , dual feed wasn't needed for my application .

I welded some -10 fittings on each end amd flow enough fuel for 800hp.

its kinda funny i was reading a forum about some guy doing it but he spent 150+ on -an fittings.
i thought it would be fun to do it for less plus i have a 2jz that i wont about 700hp from. i plan to track the car alot so i am really looking for reliability and less chance to lean out is always good.

Quicksc4< do you have any pics of your rail you can post? i would like to see it.

I will take some pics when i get off work and post them !

In front of the rail i welded a -10an , welded shut the hole for the stock fpr and then you the factory feed ( which is the on the back of the rail ) as the return and i also welded a -10 fitting on it!
So Single -10 feed and -10an return to the regulator and -6an from the bottom of the fpr to the tank.
It works great and my BFP is set at 40 on 1000cc injectors @22 psi 641whp it was at 85% DC and at 750whp i should be out of fuel which i am going to find out today.

wow that sounds like a really good setup. i was wondering about using a smaller line for the return to bottleneck the fuel on its way out. i was aiming for about 22psi so its nice to have an idea of where i will be hp wise..

i am running a 2jzge with gte internals a gte headgasket rebuilt head with bc springs. i have a 70trim china turbo rebuild with a garret cartrige. xs power manifold and a 3"down pipe. i am gonna use a 7mgte ecu and harness with 1000cc injectors and coil packs and cps plus safc to control my injectors. hks bov hks wastegate aeromotive fpr. greddy style intake manifold with a 80mm throttlebody. compression ration should be 8.5:1. i was gonna try and run 91 but depending on how things go i might have to switch to e85. the motor is on a stand righ now while i finish up my rebuild but when it goes back in there will be a r154 behind it. i have ls400 front brake upgrade and a tt supra 6spd diff brakes and subframe

if your not turbo it might not help you although i had alot of fun doing it. if you ever plan to go turbo it would be something to think about putting on your list of stuff to do.

Nice i gorgot again to take some pics , so ill take them in the morning and they will automatically upload in my photobucket then i'll post them no worries!

91 oct ? I wouldn't run more than 18-19 psi psi on 91 oct just to be safe .

and why 7mgte ecu ? while you can use the2jzgte aristo ecu, and the 1000cc will be alot of injectors for the safc to control.

And if you are gonna run E85 you shouldn't use gte internals, the ge will be just fine 800hp as long as your engine is in good condition E85 love compression.

Q45 Tb will make your life easier , they work very well and do not leak.

I don't know how much that Turbo cost you but for $725 you can buy a brand name bnib turbo with 1 year warranty, just keep that in mind.

I promised tomorrow you will get the pics!

gl with the project.
