Default BC valve springs

would a stock head with 150k be able to handle BC springs with out any other components being replaced?

The head is a giant chunk of aluminum so unless it melted then yes it will "handle" the new springs.

I am not sure what you are trying to ask really???

what do you consider high rpm's .. i have bc spring and retainer and my rev limit is 8k but then again i have aggressive cams .. if you are not cammed that you are wasting your time and putting undo stress on your valvetrain and bottomend as you will not gain a thing powerwise on stock cam going past say 7k
