Default Power steering, Oil, or ???? leak

When I bought the 1992 SC400, it had a pretty good oil leak, I put white shepherds Oil stop leak in it and it stopped. I recently was detailing under the car and the next day, there was this "big" puddle of something that leaked. It looked like it was coming from the power steering pump. but it's hard to tell.
Any thoughts on what this could be leaking?
PS, Is the car supposed to make a very slight whine when it turns.
Thanks for any help

Sorry to bump a 3 month old thread but I wanted to get back on this. I think I might have found the culprit. The Power Steering was obviously leaking, but it was the two hose clamps coming from the PS container. Both were "not tight enough". I hope this has stopped the leak, because it only leaks if the PS container is full. I will post if I don't find a leak in the next few days. And BTW, the whining when I turned the wheel was just low power steering fluid. If yours groans or whines when you turn the wheel, make sure to check that first.
