Small question
My question is about that vacuum line. The guy before me that owned the car messed and melighned with it, and somehow broke a vacuum line. (the plastic connector)
Do you guys think I should even worry about fixing it? I ran the engine with it like that and blocking it and all that, but nothing changed. What do you think?
I'll have pic soon.

That looks like the EGR saucer or modulator. On eBay they're $30 which is kinda steep, Aliga can probably get you one cheaper

You may not notice a difference at idle, but I would think it would have an effect at higher rpms

OK, I got the vacuum lines for a couple bucks. the broken plastic connector in the EGR modulator was in the hose so I cut the hose and got it out, than I tried to glue it but super glue didn't stick for some reason.
I don't think it's absolutely necessary to replace the EGR modulator, sooooooooo.......????
