Default Vacuum help/Engine Help needed!

Hey guys,

so my car, 1993 sc300 auto, is running like crap out of nowhere. Idle bounces from 300 RPM to 2k RPM and blows black smoke out of the back(when revving not while idle). It just randomly started happening. It will stall out sometimes. It drives like it has no power and feels like the clutch is slipping when taking off (it's an auto, but it has that feel like when a manual slips). Has new spark plugs (2 weeks old).

There are no leaks that I can see and the engine does not overheat.
Attached are 2 pics, first for reference to see where I am looking. Just below the back of the intake runner (near the last fuel injector), I found three metal hoses that look like airlines with nothing connected(circled in red). Maybe this could be part of the problem? Could someone please take pics of where these should be hooked up? Also if you have any ideas about the poor running engine I am all ears.

I messaged a member here who had similar problems but I am waiting for a response. Could this be my ECU? If so can the ECU from a 2000 sc300 auto work in mine(1993)? If so I can go pick one up today! Thanks!

EDIT: I'll leave my questions in case someone else reads this. ECU numbers must match or there could be issues. I didn't think the obd2 ecu would work but I was hoping!

Update, the ECU was bad. sent it to circuit board medics with quick turn around(they got it wed. I had it back the following monday). Everything is back to normal for the most part. Just have to replace the knock sensor and it's all good!
