Soarer/SC Speed Delimiter?!

I found this and was wondering if anyone has heard about this before:

But...

For that price you can get an APEXi RSM. which looks 1000000 times better and has more functions. (Also backlit with Blue EL).

well, converted to USD it comes to 201 dollars...

The Rev meter is 230 + the actual delimiter.
