Default wastegate sizing and manifold connection

Would a 39mm precision wastegate be sufficient on about 14psi - 25 psi? What about when driving around (not on the track) and boosting up to around 7 psi in normal driving (on average), is the 39mm too small in this case? Turbo is Precision 6765 so not exactly small. It is the daily driving which has me worried as I don't exactly thrash the car when going to the shops and back etc, and most the time drive like any other normal driver, so low boost level mean not much going through the turbo and instead going out the wastegate.

Also how do I know if the wastegate will bolt onto my manifold wastegate flange? Is there such thing as a wastegate too small or too big when it comes to the connection at the flange? Mine is 4 bolt flange and 1.5 inch wide I think.
