Default 93 sc400 help!!

to date I've licked all the problems (thanks to the service manuals) but this one stopped me:
all original car, 170000 miles, runs (ran) great- 25 mpg at 75, new caps etc, timing chain, plugs
etc about 15k ago.
I was on an easy run at 25-30 mph when I thought I blew a muffler and lost alot of power but the
car kept going with a little more pedal to help.
no blown muffler-fuel burning in the exhaust system, low intake pressure(-11psi), and slightly
rough idle. I'm unable to talk to the diagnostic system. the manual says the ECM system is faulty
can be the engine rpm sensor , cam sensors or the ecm or a chain jump. sounds like late timing
which I haven't checked yet, and I can't seem to isolate wether it's the left or right bank or both.
any help with this experience will be appreciated

If your timing belt jumped it will be off on both banks.
