Default Little help please with Crank Pulley!

Ok guys haven't posted in a bit and im having some slight trouble. My old harmonic balancer started to wobble a bit so i removed it and bought another crank pulley/balancer. Went to install it and im having two problems and i dont remember this being hard to install when i did my gates timing belt a little while back. When i do install the Crank pulley the woodruff key that aligns the pulley, it keep rasing up in the back its a pain and then, two is the pulley just suppose to slide on or do i need a press type tool to install the new pulley? please help im getting frustrated thanks so much.

Once you tighten the crank bolt it should go in. Usually its a bit harder because of little materials inside of the hold or on the crank. You can clean it and itll probably help.
