Default Let the build begin.. 1jz r154 swap

Going to start a little slow as motors still on the way and cars in paint for about a week.

How it began:

Motor out

Cleaning and more cleaning

Was even cleaner and totally stripped before paint just forgot a pic

Got the R154 and accessories for a great price

Clutch pedal install. Mkiii pedal is a pain

3 pedals make it worth it

In my 400, my clutch pedal was a little off, and I used the factory oem sc300 pedals. GL on your swap...

Are you using a MKIII or SC300 clutch master cylinder?
And yeah, your clutch pedal sits almost perfectly.

GL , and subbed to this thread.

Think I finally found the lucky motor with lots of extras pretty much everything I need to drop in after normal cleanup and maintenance until I decide to go single. Was going to right off the bat but rather wait and decide on my final power goals. Paint set me back a nice chunk and want to finish off the lack interior as well.

Here's the list he sent me of what's included
-Complete engine
-95-96 jzz30 M/T ECU
-Igniter and other relays required for operation
-jzz30 fuel pump ECU
-jzz30 fuel pump
-stock fuel dampner
-aftermarket intercooler w/ plumbing
-custom stainless y-pipe
-stock Soarer intake system
-stock turbo y-pipe
-extra 1jz starter
-asst stock parts from Soarer clip
-ps and fuel line stainless
-1jz r154 bell & flywheel
Plus more

Anyone running the jzz30 fuel pump ecu? I already did the 12v mod but supposedly it's off the soarer and controls voltage to the pump depending on what the main ecu calls for. That's how he explained it anyways lol

Nope, good ole Relay and 8 GA wire.

Some people don't like Fuel pump noise, so Lexus decided to regulate 9V at cruise, and 12V at WOT.

I like a Solid 12v personally, that way The engine wont go lean.

Selling that 2jzge?
