Default 1Jz sc300 weird problem

I have a manual sc300 with an auto 1j harness and ecu stock everything besides fmic,3 inch exhaust. My car runs like crap until wot at full boost than it runs perfect. My timing seems to stay at 20 degrees advance and runs extremely rich. What could be the problem?

you sure your timing belt isn't off? What are you using to measure timing?
