I'm searching in my neck of the woods and not finding much, but 4x2 is pretty uncommon up here due to our winters. I might just get ahold of the Nissan dealer and order the parts 1 by 1. So looking at that diagram, looks like I'd need
1 - 32204P
1 - 32204N
1 - 32850N
1 - 32849
1 - 32879
1 - 32145
1 - 32516
(I think I can find bolts/washers at the hardware store so I'll skip the OEM ones that bolt 32145 down)
1 - 32844M
1 - 32844F
1 - 32829+A
2 - 32853
2 - 32852
1 - 32851
1 - 32917+B
1 - 32851+A
From what I understood, I wouldn't need 32890M correct? Also I'm confused with the Sec.341 blow-out diagram. So you get all of that when you order 32204N?

I would think it would have the reverse lockout because I have driven a 6 speed xterra and it has a reverse lockout. It was a 4x4 but I couldn't imagine the 2wd not having it. looks like there is a spring in there so it should have it.
I think it will be easier to start from the xterra spot and bend a custom shifter than to bend a shifter back from the 350z spot.
Hopefully someone gets a hold of one soon and tries it out =)
how hard can it be to find a manual trans 2wd xterra. probably the 4x4 has a similar shifter setup but not the tailshaft.

I've swapped the Z33 gearbox into my 1JZ powered Skyline, the shifter ended up being way to far, so this is what I came up with. It moves the shifter directly over the inspection cover:

looks cool, maybe you should sell those brackets
if there is no clean xterra part conversion then i might have to go with your solution. my trans is in the car too so there is no easy way for me to help get measurements / test stuff.
how have you guys solved the no speedometer problem? anyone here got some GPS adapter to work with the stock VSS signal to ecu / cluster?
