what would cause fast turn signal& no bad bulbs?

what would cause fast turn signal& no bad bulbs?
My left turn signal blinks much faster than my right an no bad bulbs so any ideas?

The flasher that actually does this is probaly bad. The internal metal may have lost its strength. You 100 Percent sure there is not a bad bulb?

No indicater light on the dash like when a bulb normally goes bad.

Found out it was a bad bulb socket not making good contact.
