Cool Cali Spec SC 300/400

I have heard this term being thrown around. And yes, I have used the search button (although I always seem to find something faster through a Google link). I was just curious as to what the difference is, and if there was, what the impact is on features or specs. I would greatly appreciate it.

Cali models have an extra O2 sensor and a fuel pressure up VSV. Those are the main differences I see from glancing at my diagrams.

Thank you. The reason I ask is i'm about to change my 02 sensors, and I didn't want problems. So then 3 if Cali spec? 2 in the manifold if i'm not mistaken?
