Question Where do I begin?

Where do I begin to get the best performace/gas mileage out of my new-to-me 1994 SC400?
I am not a hot rodder, just an old man looking forward to some cross country rides.
Any performance chips out there that may benefit me?

No performance "Chips" since the Toyota computers don't have a socket for a 28-pin chip or the like.

The only thing I can advise would be installing a SAFC with a wideband 02 sensor, and googling "Lean burn".

B-series Honda guys are able to coax at least 10 MPG more by running a 17.0:1 AFR at part throttle while cruising.

After that hard bolt-on parts could be next, but the biggest gains/economy result from tuning.

Good luck!
