Default Getting My 1UZ Into The 300+hp Club

I've been building my SC400 for almost 2 years now but the only things I've done to it to make it faster is, 4:27 SC300 auto differential, a650e 5spd transmission, dual 2.25" cat-back exhaust w/ magnaflow mufflers and bfi intake.

I still can't decide which route I want to take for FI so I've decided that I'm going to start upgrading what I can while still being NA.

Over the next 3 months I plan to get a set of IMF headers, high flow cats and a megasquirt V3. I'm hoping that those 3 mods can get me into the 300 crank hp range. I know that getting headers will be pointless if I go turbo but I'm leaning more towards either a roots or centrifugal supercharger anyways but if I do go turbo I'll just sell the headers.

If anyone has any other suggestions on what else to do, please let me know. From all the reading I've done this seems be the best/only thing I can do without going FI or doing an NA build.

Get the headers, I've put 2k miles on them when I converted to w58. Currently 1UZ-IMF-BFI-Full exhuast Y pipe /high flow cats - 3.92 stock open diff. Boatloads of fun. I want my gears a bit longer so currently considering switching to 3.76 Auto Diff w/LSD from a 93-96 TT. Maybe M112 if I start getting bored. This guy in Lextreme is currently making M112 manifolds, you have to send him your lower intake manifolds, water bridge and fuel rails to BC, Canada. I hope I don't get bored soon

Ya but how much does he want for that manifold? I had an eaton m112 sitting in my garage for 6 months but sold it because I refuse to spend more than a grand for an effing manifold adaptor.
