I have searched and searched with no help...i currently have a 98 sc300 and i have a full aristo swap i purchased from a friend that came out of a 93 sc300 , i thought everything would be plug in play...but the AC blower or condensor does not come on...not does it rev past 2000 rpm...my question is that where the engine harness connects to the dash harness in my car the same wiring as the one in a 93 sc300 or does it have to be rewired...and if so what needs to be rewired...thank you in advance

It will definitely need to be rewired. 1993 sc300 is a non vvti motor and while the 98 is vvti equipped and the 98 is obd2 vs the 93 which isn't. So rewiring the harness needs to happen.

I totally understand that part...but the harness i have is wired for the aristo motor in an 93 sc300...it worked perfect in my friends car...but what i am trying to find out is where the engine harness meets the 98 dash harness, will it plug up with no issues? or does that part need to be rewired not the engine harness to the ecu it self but the plugs that connect to the dash plugs...cause i don't think the dash harness has anything to do with VVTi
