Default Engine swap question

I want to swap my sc300 engine out for an sc400 engine. Is the transmission different? If so what other parts are needed from the 400?

Do you want to keep it automatic? Or change it to a manual

Ac lines, fan shroud, fan, radiator resevoir, drivershaft, and possibly the cluster. It might read a little different. Dont forget the ecu, Full exhaust, and wiring harness. Too much for me.
