Default Cold start idle and smoke?Valves?HG?please chime in.

One problem after another.....i have 93 SC 5spd-127K miles.For over a year the car smells like fuel(maybe oil?)at cold starts.Today it had the shakes at start up for about 10 seconds and had some white smoke out the rear.Last time it did this(month ago)I had the car jacked up in the front and it sat over night so maybe oil was getting in the valves?bad valve seals?HG?IDK.I also noticed last couple months after cold start I drive to the 1st light and it idles sometimes from 1200-800 up/down couple times and sometimes gets a small hick-up(misfire?burning excess oil?)

2xmonths ago I replaced front crank seal,cam seals,distributor O ring,valve cover gasket,water pump,thermostat,a/c compressor(for the fiance)plugs...full tune up.I've had the shakes REAL bad and LOTS OF WHITE SMOKE awhile back but,a fixed ECU took care of that.This seems to be more minor...oh and after all the seals replaced I still have a small oil leak Any ideas overall on any of this?

Hmmm I'm interested In this. Mine does the samething. From most of my research I've concluded that my problem(1jz) is the ecu's capacitors leaking. Other than that I've read of people fixing it with replacing o2 sensors. Other got away with just seafoaming it and changing the oil. This will usually even out your idle for a while. Anyways I'm not expert so somebody else give some knowledge in this thread. I'd like to see what others think.

Yeah I've been there with the ecu.My issue was(what I guess) a voltage spike from a new battery that blew one of my capacitors but,the idle,smoke and driving condition were obvious.
The car idles fine but,just noticed it jump and almost stale at cold starts a few months ago.I just want to tackle the issue before it gets worse.I say the valve seals cause even when i park on a hill all the oil is one sided so when I crank it,it shakes until i burn off the excess oil.Anyone else chime in on this?
