Default i believe my high idle is because.....

So I've been trouble shooting my high idle. It used to sit at 1100 at idle. Then I removed the throttle body and cleaned it with carb cleaner. I blew compressed air thru all the holes, and I cleaned the iac valve. Replaced the coupler between the tb and the intake piping cuz it was brittle and cracked. Installed everything back and started the car up. Then boom! It idled at 2000 rpms! I was so confused! So I rechecked everything. Changed the TPS sensor out also and nada. Still at 2000. All vacuum hoses routed correctly. My car was up to temp, drove it around and it hestitated like crazy. So confused as to what happened. Then i checked my coolant system for air by releasing the radiator cap, but wait....no pressure? Looked at my cap and the rubber was not in good condition. Could it be that the coolant hasn't ran thru the entire system yet? Especially thru the throttle body hoses that connect to the aicv? What are Ur thoughts? Also, I'm not getting heat when I turn in the heater. How do I bleed the system on a sc300?

Are all the throttle cables resting on the stoppers or very close to the stoppers?

If they are adjusted too far out, the butterfly will never close.
