Default New swap questions - 1jz with pictures!

Good afternoon - Will you help me finish up some connections that have me confused? I have doubts about the legitimacy of some of my plugs and vacuum routing. The car does run. I have marked each picture with a RED dot to help diagnose.

Note: I have a 2jz harness and ECU

A) What is this plug near the TB for?

B) What is this plug also near the TB for?

C) 2 plugs near the alternator - a blue one and a black one.

D) Currently my map sensor is just sitting on the intake and it is plugged into the valve with the red dot. Is this correct, and what is the port above it for (with the blue block off nipple).

E) Coolant sensor - This is my upper hose and there are 2 sensors in the neck - the top one is run to my aftermarket gauge, is the lower one for the ECU? I cannot find another sensor elsewhere, but I thought it should be by the lower neck someplace.

it seems like that harness is for a 1jzgte with TRC so don't worry about those 2 plugs on the intake side , You have the important connectors plugged up , the TPS and the AIC Valve

Since the coolant sensor is here on the hot side, what is a normal or hot temperature? My previous engine was a SR and my mind is ingrained to see lower temperatures on my gauge. My gauge is connected here on the hot side now and I see temps in the 210+ range, at what temp should I start to be concerned?

Thanks!

Actually Im using a 2jz harness and ECU - I should have specified. I'll edit the original post.
