Default 94 SC400 VSS Part Question.

Hi, I bought a 94 SC400 which has a stock v8 in it last week. I've done many days of research on this forum before posting, looked at many parts and even asked a few people on ebay but to no answer. The OBD is giving me a transmission code of 61 which is the VSS #2 Malfunction. The thing I was needing help with is very simple. I'm going to buy a new one and the parts person is trying to sell me a

Beck/Arnley VSS part number 090-5023, here is a picture.

Well upon looking through this thread and various research I found this one as well.

Airtex VSS part number 5s4770, picture as well.

Upon inspection of the two different parts I noticed that the Beck/Arnley is a 3 prong and the Airtex is a 2 prong as well as the differences in the magnet. I was just wondering if someone could give me some insight if the Airtex one will work for the VSS #2 before I buy it. I haven't been able to get under my car because of snow otherwise I would've just pulled the plug myself. I just really want to get this transmission issue fixed asap and would like some input please. Thank you.
