Car didn't pass inspection because of jumping idle!
Just yesterday I was sure my 93 SC400 was gonna pass inspection and when they held the gas pedal down to leave it at 2500 rpm the needle just started to jump and wouldn't stay still, it idles fine though.
I was having stalling issued last month which I fixed by cleaning the IACV,
Any ideas on how to fix this or what it could be? All the vaccum hoses seem to be in place.
