If I understand correctly, you have replaced the waterpump, radiator, thermostat, radiator cap, flushed the coolant and heater core (BINGO!) and attempted to bypass the heater control.

The original problem leading to all of this was what? Were there any codes then? Are there any codes now?

It is always possible you sent a bunch of crud into the relevant channels in the engine block. Therefore, take a handheld thermal gun and have a quick look for hot spots. I hope you don't have any.

Next, I would remove the thermostat. If you don't get hot water through the heater core with the thermostat out, I am at a loss. I would then suspect you junked up the heater core during the flush. Did you do the flush? If so, that isn't it becaue you would have a decent idea the bloody thing wasn't flowing right.

It would be odd to have the climate control fail coincident with the above repairs.

This brings up a good point. My heat quick the other day. It will work good if the rpm is above 3k. If anything below that, its cold. It only has 356k on it. Lol
