Default **Coolant Issue** Need help diagnosing an issue

Ok so I'm driving my 1992 SC300 home from work and at the light my car starts smoking from the driver side. After pulling behind a bank i parked the car and popped the hood. It was coolant smoking from underneath the intake manifold and i could hear it steaming/spraying out. I couldn't pin point it but it seems as thought it was more to the front of the motor on the intake side. The car did start overheating pretty quick once this happened. Has this happened to anyone before? Before i tear the car apart tomorrow i wanted some input. Thanks in advance!

Actually it wasn't the water pump! It was the coolant hose coming off the housing to the block. Part#: 16261-46020
