Default TRAC Light and clicking sound!!!!

Ok my TRAC light came on. So thought it was because i need to add a bit of fluid. But the level was fine, end went as fare as bleeding the system same thing. Then I noticed when the key is the ON position, there is a clicking sound that i never heard before. I got the car and found out it was coming from this unit.

Can someone please tell me what the name or what this unit is so can replace it.

Thanks for all your help in advanced.

Is it a hard clicking? I had a bad CCV on my BMW and this, too, looks like it has a vacuum line coming in suggesting a possible diaphram leak. I, unfortunately, do not know what this part is on your car.

Did you ever end up solving this issue? I have the exact same problem with my '95 SC400 and I read somewhere that the clicking is from the Traction Control trying to start up, but isn't able to due to another issue in the system (not the source of the clicking).

I have error codes 43 and 54.

Have replaced ABS/TRAC ECU (light is still on)
Have replaced Sub-throttle Position sensor (light is still on)
Have replaced high pressure hose (light is still on)
Bled the actuator, fluid came out, no air (light is still on)
Attempted to bleed the accumulator, no fluid came out, even when jacking the car up and pushing the throttle with engine running, still no fluid came out (light is still on)

Any ideas anyone?
