Default 1JZ starting issue after finishing swap

Hello everyone, this is my first post but I have been lurking on the site for quite some time. I just finished my 1JZ swap but I can't get it to start. I have fuel in all cylinder but I only have spark in cylinder one. Has anyone run into this issue before? It is not the timing. I double checked it and it is spot on. I have been searching for similar problems on the net and came across someone who swapped a 1JZ into an S13 with the same issue but he never posted a resolution. If anyone has experienced this issue please chime in. Also if you have any suggestions feel free to respond. Thank you in advance

So I opened up the ecu and found a burnt capacitor. I replaced the capacitor with one from radio shack but it is still not starting. Anyone in Phoenix got a good soarer ecu that I can borrow to test? Please PM me if you can help. Thanks.
