Default Attempting injector replacement, need some advice..

After paying for the shop to replace two injectors I am thinking about doing the other 6 myself since it costs so much for labor.
The only thing I am a bit apprehensive about is the fuel rail and any pressure that might be in it. When I get to the point of undoing those parts to I have to let any pressure out in a specific way or just make sure my face isn't right over it or does it not even have the kind of pressure I am worried about?

Any other advice you would suggest to keep in mind when I am doing this?
