Default serpentine belt squeal

I have a 92 sc300 5spd and I just replaced the waterpump, t belt, t belt tensioner, t stat, serp belt, and serp belt tensioner pulley and when it was done, the car sounded fine, no weird noises or anything. A few days later I noticed a slight serp belt chirp at idle and it would go away when driving. Now (2 weeks later) the belt is squealing at idle and when driving. I tried using belt dressing and the noise would go away at idle, but above 3k rpms I can hear a fast rubbing noise coming from the belt. Looks to be coming from the water pump pulley. I checked all of the alternator mounting hardware as well as the water pump pulley bolts and everything is tight. The outside of the serp belt where the writing is looks to be wearing a little bit but not to the point where the writing is being rubbed off, belt tension looks good too. Also, the alternator is new and the new water pump is Aisin, serp belt is Gates. What could this be??? Thanks for the help in advance.

I have had this problem before and it came out to be that I routed the serpentine belt wrong lol. Is your belt routed correctly?

yes the belt is routed correctly

heres a crappy pic of the alignment of the belt from the water pump pulley to the alternator pulley.
it looks like the belt is closer to the motor side of the water pump pulley and the belt is closer to the headlight side of the alternator pulley so maybe the alternator is misaligned somehow. the waterpump pulley looks to be aligned with the ps pulley.
