Question Converting to 5SPD - Question

So, there's a 93 5 Speed in the junkyard here locally with a transmission that feels great. However, someone pulled the ECU. I've got the cluster already, and I've already drilled the hole for the clutch pedal to use for my amp power wire.

If I go to the junkyard, what all will I need so far I have this

1) Transmission, Clutch, Flywheel
2) Pedal + Reservoir, Brake Pedal
3) Drive Shaft

Do I need both sides of the drive shaft? Will it connect to my auto pumpkin in the back? I've got an automatic ECU but I do have a five speed cluster already installed.

Will I need any harness connectors?

Thanks guys, it seems to be harder finding an ECU for the A/T right now and I know I can get this quickly and time is of concern.

Yes, I've searched but there is no concrete DIY that I could see.

Thanks,
Tech
