Default Specific situation.. Auto ECU to Manual ECU?

I have a 1995 sc300 that was converted to Manual. I am having some issues with the car and am swapping out the ECU for a 93 manual ECU I bought from here hoping that the car will run and idle normally. Is it as simple as just swapping the ECU's? Plug and play? From what I think I have on the car, the previous owner did the swap with a Auto ecu so it's been giving me weird problems.

You should be fine with either ECU. As long as your car is not OBD-II you shouldn't even have a CEL.
