Default Weird bucking issue

Ok I just got my 92 sc300 5spd and I've noticed while cruising (any speed). If I let off the throttle and then ease back into it, it bucks/stutters. Any ideas since I'm new to these cars?

to be honest sounds like another tps issue, have you tested the voltage going to the tps? i had this exact same problem for a while, When i would be cruising if i eased into the throttle it would jerk everywhere but if i went wide open throttle it would be less noticeable

It sounds just like my TPS issue as well. The good news is that its a relatively cheap and easy fix (~$100 and 1/2 hour if you know what you're doing). One of these days I will get around to doing a DIY for this.

Mine threw a CEL, so you may want to check for codes. This is super easy on our obd1 cars... I think the code was 41. (The engine light turned on just after the car bucked, and would then turn off)

Well I've got a better sense of what is going on with it now. When I'm taking off and the idle drops a little too low(almost stall), is when it starts doing so. I can shut the car off and restart and it won't do it anymore. I'm thinking it's the tps as well. It seems it gets "stuck" when it almost stalls, but when you shut the car off it "resets" its self.

Well it's a little late, but I replaced the tps. It fixed the issue with the bucking. Nice five minute repair and $68 dollars later, but the car runs great now.
