Default Powersteering issues

So as some of you guys know i got into a fight with a wall a few weeks back on the track. Im having some issues with my power steering now and im not sure if its the rack or the the pump.

when I hit, i hit on the driver side wheel and bent the lower control arm. When I turn the wheel now, its very tough. with the car running and I open the power steering reservoir and look in the fluid isnt moving at all, normally it should be swirling in the reservoir.

Do you think its the rack or the pump? the belt is running the pully. I was going to try and un do the line and loop it back to the res to see if it starts moving again. I may just buy a new rack to be safe anyways.

ideas or suggestions?

There is a good chance it's the rack or the line could be kinked from the meeting with the wall can u get under the car and check the lines going into the rack

The lines going from the pump and the line from the res are fine. The metal lines seem fine as well. I was going to try and un hook them and see if there is fluid pumping at all.
